The SCB construction consists of cosine single-phase (three-phase) power capacitors, located in steel bearing bodies, fixed by polymer (porcelain) insulators. A static capacitor bank SCB is constructionon 1, 2 or 3 frames, where capacitors, current-limiting reactors and current transformers are located.
